122味维吾尔药体外抗真菌作用

【摘要】:目的测定122味维吾尔药的体外抗真菌活性,以期找到活性较好的抗真菌药物。方法用75%乙醇超声提取维吾尔药;美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)推荐的M38-A2和M27-A3微量液基稀释法进行抗深部真菌活性筛选;棋盘微量液基法考察维吾尔药与氟康唑协同抗耐药白假丝酵母菌的作用;磷钼钨酸-干酪素法测定鞣质含量,并比较不同溶剂提取部位抑菌活性与鞣质含量的关系。结果和结论在122味维吾尔药活性测定中,在2 000μg/m L测定浓度下,对新生隐球菌有抑制作用的有黄诃子皮(Terminalia chebula Retz.)、毛诃子(Terminalia bellerica Roxb.)等21味,对白假丝酵母菌有抑制作用的有黄诃子皮、毛诃子等15味,对烟曲霉仅姜黄(Curcuma longa L.)有效。姜黄抗菌谱最广,且对深部真菌及浅部真菌均有较好的抑制作用。9味维吾尔药与氟康唑合用对耐药白假丝酵母菌有较好协同抗真菌作用;黄诃子皮、毛诃子、岩白菜(Bergenia purpurascens Engl.)、阿拉伯胶树汁(Acacia senegal Willd)、鞣树果(Rhus coriaria L.)这5味活性较好药材的抗真菌活性部位集中在乙酸乙酯部位,且不同溶剂提取部位的最低抑菌浓度与鞣质含量呈正相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the antifungal activity of 122 Uygur drugs in vitro. Methods Uygur drugs were extracted by 75% ethanol ultrasound, and the antifungal activity of M38-A2 and M27-A3 were screened by M38-A2 and M27-A3 microdilution method recommended by (CLSI) of American Clinical Laboratory Standardization Association. The effect of Uygur medicine and fluconazole on the resistance to drug-resistant Candida albicans was investigated by chessboard microliquid method, and the content of tannin was determined by phosphomolybdenum tungstic acid-casein method, and the relationship between bacteriostatic activity and tannin content in different solvent extracts was compared. Results and conclusion in the determination of the activity of 122 Uygur drugs and at the concentration of 2 000 渭 g / mL, the (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) of (Terminalia chebula Retz.), has inhibitory effect on Cryptococcus neoformans. There are 15 flavours of Cortex xanthophylla and Fructus chebula with inhibitory effect on Candida albicans, and only (Curcuma longa L.) of turmeric against Aspergillus fumigatus. Effective. The antibacterial spectrum of turmeric was the most extensive and had a good inhibitory effect on deep fungi and superficial fungi. 9 Uygur drugs combined with fluconazole had a good synergistic antifungal effect on drug-resistant Candida albicans. (Bergenia purpurascens Engl.), (Bergenia purpurascens Engl.), Arabian gum tree juice (Acacia senegal Willd), tanned tree fruit (Rhus coriaria L.) The antifungal active sites of these five medicinal herbs were concentrated in ethyl acetate, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of different solvent extracts was positively correlated with the content of tannin.
