浅谈“以补开塞”防治动脉粥样硬化与线粒体自噬的关系

【摘要】:自噬是指细胞在外界环境的作用下,在溶酶体内降解受损的细胞器及生物大分子以维持细胞稳定性的过程,细胞自噬参与多种心血管疾病的发生发展过程。动脉粥样硬化作为心血管疾病的主要病因,其发病过程十分复杂,病因病机也尚不完全明确。以脾-线粒体相关性理论为基础,从塞因塞用、以补开塞角度浅谈动脉粥样硬化与自噬的关系,认为自噬可双向干预动脉粥样硬化。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is a process in which cells degrade damaged organelles and biomolecules in lysosome to maintain cell stability. Autophagy is involved in the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular diseases. As the main cause of cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis is very complicated and the etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear. Based on the theory of correlation between spleen and mitochondria, the relationship between atherosclerosis and autophagy was discussed from the point of view of Sainesse. It was concluded that autophagy could interfere with atherosclerosis in both directions.
