加减会厌逐瘀汤冲剂治疗声带白斑的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察加减会厌逐瘀汤冲剂治疗声带白斑的临床效果。方法:收集声带白斑患者(中医慢喉喑气滞血瘀型)60例。随机分组,对照组30例,治疗组30例。对照组采用金嗓散结丸配合喉滴入(前14天使用醋酸泼尼松龙注射液1ml、注射用糜蛋白酶4000U、硫酸庆大霉素注射液1ml滴入,1日1次;后14天使用丹参注射液2ml滴入,1日1次)治疗;治疗组采用加减会厌逐瘀汤冲剂配合喉滴入(前14天使用醋酸泼尼松龙注射液1ml、注射用糜蛋白酶4000U、硫酸庆大霉素注射液1ml滴入,1日1次;后14天使用丹参注射液2ml滴入,1日1次)治疗。结果:治疗组:治愈8例,显效14例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。对照组:药物治疗4周后,治愈3例,显效12例,有效3例,无效12例,总有效率60%。两组总有效率进行统计学分析,P0.05,表明两组疗效差异具有统计学意义。结论:1.加减会厌逐瘀汤冲剂能有效地改善声带白斑(中医慢喉喑气滞血瘀型)患者的临床症状体征。2.加减会厌逐瘀汤冲剂在改善声带白斑(中医慢喉喑气滞血瘀型)患者的症状体征上,效果优于金嗓散结丸。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of adding and reducing epiglottic Zhuyu decoction on vocal cord leukoplakia. Methods: 60 cases of vocal cord leukoplakia (TCM slow throat qi stagnation and blood stasis type) were collected. Randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The control group was treated with Jinshangsan Jiewan (prednisolone acetate injection 1ml), chymotrypsin injection (4000U), gentamicin sulfate injection (1ml), once a day in the first 14 days. The patients were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection 2ml (once a day) on the 14th day after treatment. The treatment group was treated with Jiajianyuzhuyu decoction combined with laryngeal drip (prednisolone acetate injection 1ml, chymotrypsin injection 4000 U, gentamicin sulfate injection 1ml, once a day). The patients were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection 2ml (once a day) on the 14th day. Results: in the treatment group, 8 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33%. Control group: after 4 weeks treatment, 3 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 3 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 60%. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically analyzed, P 0.05, indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: 1. Jiajianzhuyu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with vocal cord leukoplakia (TCM slow throat syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood stasis). 2. In improving the symptoms and signs of patients with vocal cord leukoplakia (Chinese medicine slow throat yinqi stagnation and blood stasis type), the effect of Jijiejiezhuyu decoction is better than that of Jinshangsan Jiewan.
