福泽谕吉的君主观与白芝浩的《英国宪法》

【摘要】：作为日本的启蒙思想家，福泽谕吉在日本的文明开化和政治变革中起到了不可替代的作用，研究他的君主观对理解日本天皇制有重要的学术意义。本论文主要探讨的是英国宪法学家沃尔特·白芝浩的《英国宪法》对福泽谕吉政治思想的影响，全文采用比较政治学的方法，，重点考察福泽谕吉君主观的形成及演变。福泽谕吉早期的论著大量介绍和引进了西方的政治思想，他一直对英国的政治制度持肯定态度。福泽认为英国的制度在欧美国家中最为优良，将其作为日本实现文明开化的样板。福泽希望日本学习英国先进的制度，移植西洋政治文明，在日本建设近代化的国民国家。福泽谕吉的君主观随着日本国内外形势的变化而不断地变化。《帝室论》是福泽谕吉君主观的一个转折点。本文以《帝室论》为中心，结合当时的历史背景，分析福泽谕吉的君主观。本文从福泽谕吉选择性吸收白芝浩宪法思想的原因，福泽谕吉的君主观与白芝浩宪法思想的比较以及福泽谕吉对白芝浩思想的发展三个方面展开论述。其中，福泽谕吉对白芝浩思想的吸收是全文的重点。他们都认为君主应超然于政治之外，不仅如此，他们对一国君主作用的观点也颇有共通之处：君主可以凝聚国民精神，缓和社会矛盾，维护国家政治的稳定，引领社会道德情感。福泽还在此基础上对白芝浩的思想有所发展，提出君主可以奖励国家的学术与技艺，保护传统文化艺术，统领军心防止社会动荡。福泽谕吉选择性吸收白芝浩思想不是偶然的，虽然他的君主观不断变化，但是其寻求日本文明开化和国家独立的目标始终未变。
[Abstract]:As a Japanese enlightenment thinker, FukuzawaYukichi played an irreplaceable role in Japanese civilization and political reform. The study of his monarchy is of great academic significance to the understanding of the Japanese imperial system. This thesis mainly discusses the influence of the British Constitution on FukuzawaYukichi's political thought by Walter Paizihao, a British constitutionalist. This paper focuses on the formation and evolution of FukuzawaYukichi's subjectivity by using the method of comparative politics. FukuzawaYukichi's early works introduced and introduced western political ideas in a large amount, and he always held a positive attitude towards the British political system, which he believed was the best in Europe and the United States. Fukuzawa hoped that Japan would learn from the advanced British system transplant western political civilization and build a modern national state in Japan. FukuzawaYukichi's concept of monarchy is constantly changing with the changes of Japan's domestic and foreign situation. "Imperial Room" is a turning point for FukuzawaYukichi's subjective. This paper takes "Imperial Room Theory" as the center and combines with the historical background at that time. An analysis of FukuzawaYukichi's view of monarchy. This paper discusses the reasons of FukuzawaYukichi's selective absorption of Bai Chihao's constitutional thought, the comparison between FukuzawaYukichi's monarchy and Bai Chihao's constitutional thought, and FukuzawaYukichi's development of Bai Chihao's thought. FukuzawaYukichi's absorption of Paikihao's ideas was the focus of the paper. They all believed that the monarch should be above politics, not only that. They also have a common view on the role of a monarch: monarchs can rally the national spirit, ease social conflicts, and maintain the stability of national politics. Lead the social moral feelings.
