【摘要】：正怎么将全面推进依法治国践行得更好、更到位?首先必须深刻把握法治思维的内在特征。所谓法治,就是管理国家、治理社会主要依靠法律这种普遍、稳定、明确的规范和规则,而不是某些习惯和办法,更不是个人意志和看法。法治思维,则是按照法治理念、原则、精神和逻辑进行分析、认识和思考的方式。从根本上说,这种思维是推进公平与正义的思维,有利于协调社会各个阶层、各个群体的利益,形成最大公约数。培养法治思维,就是要在全党
