论中国特色社会主义法治道路的特色

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义法治道路的特色主要体现在发展轨迹、治国方略、根本保证、制度基础、学理支撑、人权保障、发展动力、法域类型等八个方面。其中,发展轨迹、治国方略两个方面的特色,突出体现了法治道路与传统文化的紧密性;根本保证、制度基础、学理支撑、人权保障四个方面的特色,突出体现了中国特色社会主义法治道路的姓"社"性;发展动力方面的特色,突出体现了中国特色社会主义法治道路的过渡性;法域类型方面的特色,突出体现了中国法治道路的包容性。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the road of rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics are mainly embodied in eight aspects, such as the development track, the strategy of governing the country, the fundamental guarantee, the system foundation, the theoretical support, the protection of human rights, the motive force of development, the type of legal region, and so on. The characteristics of the two aspects of the strategy of governing the country highlight the closeness between the road of rule of law and the traditional culture, the fundamental guarantee, the foundation of the system, the support of academic theory, and the protection of human rights. It highlights the social nature of the road of ruling by law with Chinese characteristics, the characteristics of the power of development, the transition of the road of ruling by law with Chinese characteristics, the characteristics of the types of legal regions, It highlights the inclusiveness of the road of rule of law in China.
