义庄:宗法一体化国家治理体系的一个样本

【摘要】：中国文化传统中家本体的思维方式和价值观念塑造了宗法性的社会形态和以宗族为基本单元的国家治理体系。范氏义庄的创立在中国宗族史上具有补旧开新的重要意义,凭借独特的宗族法律构造和优良的宗族治理模式,范氏义庄克服了科举制下官僚身份的一次性和家产均分制下财富日益稀薄化的难题,成功实现了官僚士大夫的累世再生产和宗法家族的长存不堕,修复了宗法一体化的国家治理体系,强化了宗法制帝国以家拟国而治的治理能力,使得宗族稳固地成为帝国秩序生产与扩展的载体和社会动员、控制与整合的基本单元。
[Abstract]:The way of thinking and values of the Noumenon of the Family in the Chinese cultural tradition have shaped the patriarchal social formation and the national governance system with the clan as the basic unit. The founding of Fan Shiyizhuang has important significance in the history of Chinese clansmen to make up the old and open the new. By virtue of his unique clan legal structure and excellent clan governance model, Fan Shiyizhuang overcame the problem of one-off bureaucracy under imperial examination system and wealth thinning under the system of equal distribution of family property. It successfully realized the reproduction of bureaucrats and patriarchal families, repaired the national governance system of patriarchal integration, and strengthened the governance ability of the patriarchal system empire. The clan became the carrier of the production and expansion of the imperial order and the basic unit of social mobilization, control and integration.
