【摘要】：党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,描绘了法治中国建设的宏伟蓝图,部署了加强中国特色社会主义法治建设的战略任务。全面推进依法治国是一项具有政治体制改革性质的宏大系统工程,涉及法治建设的各个环节、各个领域、各个方面和各种要素,牵一发而动全身,改一制而触全局,必须有组织有领导积极稳妥循序渐进地推进,必须运用战略思维、系统思维和大局眼光做好顶层设计。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee depicts a grand blueprint for the construction of China under the rule of law and lays out a strategic task for strengthening the construction of the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics.Promoting the rule of law in an all-round way is a grand systematic project with the nature of political system reform. It involves all aspects, fields, aspects and elements of the construction of the rule of law.It must be organized and led to advance actively, steadily and step by step, and must use strategic thinking, systematic thinking and overall vision to do a good job of top-level design.
