【摘要】：伴随着依法治国战略的逐步推进和落实,在全新的社会环境背景下,党的领导工作正面临着更加严峻的挑战。党的十八届四中全会提出了“建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家”的总体目标,这意味着法治将永久地成为我国社会主义建设事业的关键词。法治中国将成为时代王牌引领我国社会的科学发展。党是开展社会各项建设事业的领导核心,坚持党的领导是社会主义法治的根本要求,实现依法治国,必须将依法治党置于首位。党不仅要管党,还要依法治党。只有如此才能为依法治国的实施创造条件,才能从根源上促进国家治理体系的完善。依法从严治党是一项长期而复杂的工程。在今后的漫长发展中,依法治党都将成为一种常态化的理念与工作,依法治党是依法治国的重要组成部分,强调的是将法治理念和模式作用到党的自身建设和领导工作中去,是依法治国的应有之义,更是当前提高党的执政能力、促进依法治国、全面实现社会主义政治文明的必由之路。从当前来看,我国在依法治党方面已经取得了一系列的成绩,积累了丰富的实践经验。在新时期的新形势下,为了巩固依法治党的珍贵成果,应进一步加强对已依法治党理论的时代思考,理顺党与法治的逻辑关系,健全党内法治建设的制度体系,创新依法治党的教育培训机制,建立健全依法治党的人才选拔考核机制,坚持“从严治党”完善腐败防治体系,从而促进依法治党的顺利发展。
[Abstract]:With the gradual promotion and implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law, the leadership of the Party is facing more severe challenges under the new social environment.The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the overall goal of "building the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country ruled by law", which means that the rule of law will become the key word of the cause of socialist construction in our country forever.Rule of law China will become the ace of the times to lead the scientific development of our society.The Party is the core of the leadership in carrying out various social construction undertakings, insisting that the leadership of the Party is the fundamental requirement of the socialist rule of law, and running the country according to law must be put in the first place in order to administer the party according to law.The Party should not only administer the Party, but also run the Party according to law.Only in this way can we create conditions for the implementation of the rule of law and promote the perfection of the national governance system.Strict administration of the Party according to law is a long and complex project.In the long development of the future, administering the party according to law will become a regular concept and work, and administering the party according to law is an important part of governing the country according to law, emphasizing the role of the concept and model of the rule of law in the party's own construction and leadership work.It is the proper meaning of governing the country according to law, but also the only way to improve the ruling ability of the Party, to promote the rule of law and to realize the socialist political civilization in an all-round way.From the current point of view, our country has made a series of achievements in administering the Party according to law and accumulated rich practical experience.Under the new situation in the new period, in order to consolidate the precious achievements of ruling the party by law, we should further strengthen the thinking on the times of the theory of administering the party according to law, straighten out the logical relationship between the party and the rule of law, and perfect the system system of the construction of ruling by law within the party.We should innovate the mechanism of education and training in administering the party according to law, establish and improve the mechanism of selecting and evaluating talents to run the party according to law, and persist in "strictly administering the party" and perfecting the system of preventing and controlling corruption, so as to promote the smooth development of administering the party according to law.
