孟德斯鸠自然地理学说之探究——对《论法的精神》一书的解读

【摘要】：在法国启蒙运动中,孟德斯鸠从自然因素出发探究其对社会发展的影响,这一研究为资产阶级革命提供了反神学、反封建的理论支持。其中,孟德斯鸠在《论法的精神》一书中详细地论述了自然地理与社会政治之间的关系,他用自然地理环境的差异来解释不同地区社会历史发展的诸多状况,从而强调了自然因素在社会发展历程中的主导作用。尽管地理因素对当代社会法律制定的影响已经越来越小,但是,孟德斯鸠自然地理学说的研究方法对我们这个时代的立法仍然有着重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the French Enlightenment Montesquieu explored the influence of Montesquieu on social development from natural factors which provided anti-theological and anti-feudal theoretical support for bourgeois revolution.Among them, Montesquieu discusses in detail the relationship between natural geography and social politics in the Spirit of the Law. He uses the difference of natural geographical environment to explain many situations of social and historical development in different regions.Therefore, it emphasizes the leading role of natural factors in the course of social development.Although geographical factors have less and less influence on the establishment of contemporary social law, the research methods of Montesquieu's theory of natural geography still have important reference significance for the legislation of our time.
