核心素养:法学教育的新引擎

【摘要】:法学教育承载着知识、理论、理念、思想、价值观教育的使命,应把核心素养作为新引擎,以教学供给侧改革为切入点,从教师、教材、教法三方面去撬动法学教育质量体系的重构,逐步提高法科学生的"法律知识、法律思维、法律信仰"等重要素质。教师应从教学工作者转变为教育工作者,将学生从应试教育的绑架中解放出来,强化学生的社会责任感,增加教育附加值。教材应从法科知识本位的独木桥变为多学科融合的立交桥,开设罗马法、英美法中的一些核心课程,强化法律逻辑教学,并注重与其他学科的融合。教法应从校内的单向教学变为校内外结合的探究性双向教学,用现实生活中的真实情景和司法实践中的具体问题来激活教材知识,并借此将综合的司法实践能力与个人的情感、态度等加以整合,从而使学生思维得到训练,境界得到提升。
[Abstract]:Law education is carrying the mission of knowledge, theory, idea, thought and value education. It should take core accomplishment as the new engine, take the teaching supply-side reform as the starting point, from teachers and textbooks,Three aspects of teaching law should be used to reconstruct the quality system of law education, and the important qualities of law science students, such as legal knowledge, legal thinking and legal belief, should be improved step by step.Teachers should change from teaching workers to educators, liberate students from the kidnapping of examination-oriented education, strengthen students' social responsibility and increase the added value of education.The teaching materials should be changed from a one-wood bridge based on knowledge of law to an overpass of multi-disciplinary integration, offering Roman law, some core courses in Anglo-American law, strengthening the teaching of legal logic, and paying attention to the integration with other subjects.The teaching method should change from unidirectional teaching in school to inquiring two-way teaching inside and outside the school, activate the knowledge of teaching material with the real situation in real life and the concrete problems in judicial practice, and thus combine the comprehensive judicial practice ability with individual emotion.Attitude and so on to integrate, so that students can train their thinking and improve their realm.
