近代以来中国监狱史研究述评

【摘要】：相对而言,监狱史研究是一个较为冷僻而特殊的领域,但自晚清以来,经过众多研究者的努力,仍然取得了较多的研究成果。拟对晚近以来海内外研究中国监狱史的著述进行相应的梳理和述评,并就现有研究中所存在的不足以及未来的研究趋向,提出几点个人的意见和建议,期望能有助于中国监狱史研究的深入和拓展。
[Abstract]:Relatively speaking, the study of prison history is a relatively cold and special field, but since the late Qing Dynasty, through the efforts of many researchers, still achieved a lot of research results. This paper intends to sort out and comment on the works on the history of Chinese prisons at home and abroad in the recent years, and to put forward some personal opinions and suggestions on the shortcomings of the existing studies and the future research trends. It is expected to be helpful to the study of prison history in China.
