社会冲突治理中的法团主义策略及其在中国的适用性探讨

【摘要】：二战后法团主义的复兴与社会冲突治理密切相关,其在结构、功能及行为上都显示出对社会冲突的回应。基于法团主义治理策略在东亚及其他国家和地区的示范效应,现有研究将其用于分析中国的国家—社会关系和政企关系。然而,由于法团主义概念界定的模糊性和中国政治经济环境的独特性,导致法团主义理论在中国的适用性争议不断。当前,中国正处于社会冲突的多发期,法团主义关注国家政策制定和执行过程中的利益协调,强调冲突的制度化解决,这对缓解和消除社会利益组织间的紧张关系具有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The revival of the post - World War II is closely related to the governance of social conflict . It has shown a response to the social conflict in the structure , function and behavior . Based on the ambiguity of the concept of corporation and the uniqueness of China ' s political and economic environment , the existing research has been used to analyze the country - social relations and government - enterprise relations in China . However , due to the ambiguity of the concept of the corporatist and the uniqueness of China ' s political and economic environment , China is in the multi - period of social conflict , which emphasizes the coordination of interests in the formulation and implementation of the country ' s policy , and emphasizes the institutional settlement of the conflict , which has important reference significance to the relief and the elimination of the tension between the social interests organizations .
