试论PPP模式与电力产业投资资本结构的法律变革

【摘要】：PPP模式作为一种新型的投融资模式和公共服务提供模式,对能源产业革新,尤其是对电力产业投资发挥着巨大的推动作用。通过对PPP模式的定义及特点进行论述,比较BOT、TOT等模式与PPP模式的差异,分析了能源法律变革对PPP模式下电力产业项目资本结构的影响,提出了PPP模式对电力产业投资的重大意义。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of investment and financing and public service supply, PPP plays an important role in the innovation of energy industry, especially in the investment of power industry. This paper discusses the definition and characteristics of PPP mode, compares the difference between BOTTOT model and PPP model, and analyzes the influence of energy law reform on the capital structure of electric power industry project under PPP mode. The significance of PPP model to power industry investment is put forward.
