浅析我国社会治理下的德治、法治以及人治的权衡问题

【摘要】：法治、德治和人治历来就是学术界比较关切的问题,法治的优越性已经无需置疑,但是法治的局限性要求必须寻找其他的弥补途径。德治符合中国人的传统文化和心理需求,人治又是德治不可或缺的孪生兄弟,自然德治、人治和法治的结合问题就成本文探究的关键所在。
[Abstract]:The rule of law, the rule of virtue and the rule of man have always been the concern of the academic community, the superiority of the rule of law has no doubt, but the limitations of the rule of law must find other ways to make up for it. The rule of virtue meets the traditional cultural and psychological needs of the Chinese, and the rule of man is the indispensable twin brother of the rule of virtue. The combination of natural rule by virtue, rule of man and rule by law is the key to this article.
