【摘要】：党的先锋队性质、党所肩负的神圣使命和执政地位,决定了党纪党规必然严于国家法律,党要在组织上、纪律上、道德上都比普通公民标准更高一些。这是理所应当的。其中最重要的是政治纪律和政治规矩,尤其对各级党员领导干部的要求应该更高,因为他们的责任更重。这些政治纪律,对于保持党的组织性、先进性和战斗力是非常重要的。
[Abstract]:The nature of the Party's vanguard, the sacred mission and the ruling position of the Party have determined that the Party's discipline and regulations must be stricter than the laws of the state, and the Party should have a higher standard of organization and discipline than ordinary citizens. This is for granted. The most important of these is political discipline and rules, especially the demands on Party members and leading cadres at all levels, because they are more responsible. These political disciplines are very important for maintaining the Party's organizational, advanced, and combat effectiveness.
