法治中国与中国现代化

【摘要】：实现中华民族的伟大复兴,就是要实现中国的现代化。中国现代化从近代开始。中国共产党领导中国人民建立的新中国为中国的现代化奠定了根本政治前提。当代中国现代化的过程就是中国特色社会主义实践的过程。改革开放30多年开始了中国现代化的腾飞。但是,快速发展过程中的矛盾问题集中爆发出来,使我们面临着"中等收入陷阱"。这就要求我们进行体制机制的创新。而体制机制的创新离不开法治的前导和保障作用。为此,要求我们全面推进法治中国建设。
[Abstract]:To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is to realize the modernization of China. China's modernization began in modern times. The new China established by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China laid a fundamental political premise for China's modernization. The process of contemporary Chinese modernization is the process of socialist practice with Chinese characteristics. Reform and opening up for more than 30 years began the rapid development of China's modernization. However, the contradictions in the process of rapid development burst out, making us face the "middle-income trap." This requires us to innovate in institutional mechanisms. The innovation of institutional mechanism can not be separated from the leading and safeguarding role of the rule of law. To this end, we are required to comprehensively promote the rule of law China's construction.
