【摘要】：农村法制化建设是社会治理中的重要一维,宁波农村地区发展的新情况迫切要求社会治理创新。当前宁波农村地区法治文化建设仍然存在一系列的问题,需要引起重视并进一步寻找解决的途径。必须同步实施农村法治文化建设工程,在农村基层加强法治文化的建设,为新农村建设提供有力的法治保障。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural legalization is an important one dimension in social governance. The development of rural areas in Ningbo urgently requires innovation in social governance. At present, there are still a series of problems in the construction of the rule of law culture in rural areas of Ningbo. It is necessary to carry out the construction project of rural rule of law culture simultaneously, strengthen the construction of rule of law culture at the basic level in rural areas, and provide a strong legal guarantee for the construction of new countryside.
