略论中国古代的五刑制度

【摘要】：中国古代的五刑制度是中国古代法律制度的重要组成部分,也是中国古代法律体系的核心内容。本文以五刑制度的发展历程为线索,通过史料分析和深入探究,对五刑制度的发展演变、主要内容及其在不同历史时期的适用情况进行了较为系统的论述和法律评价。
[Abstract]:The five-penalty system in ancient China is an important part of the ancient Chinese legal system and the core content of the ancient Chinese legal system. This article takes the development course of the five penalty system as the clue, through the historical data analysis and the thorough exploration, has carried on the relatively systematic elaboration and the legal appraisal to the five penalty system development evolution, the main content and its application in the different historical period.
