【摘要】：实行依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家是我国的治国方针。自1985年起,我国在全国范围内开始了普法宣传教育活动,经过三十多年的宣传和发展,普法活动在增强国民法律意识、提升公民法制观念以及促进整个社会和谐等方面都发挥了重要作用,但同时我国的普法过程中也存在许多问题和困境,极大地影响了普法活动的实际效果。本文分四个部分进行论述:第一部分为绪论。主要介绍我国普法问题的研究背景和研究意义,并对目前国内外的研究状况进行了梳理和简要的分析,提出了本课题的研究方法和研究内容。第二部分普法概述。运用历史分析法,从现实层面详细阐述分析了在我国三十多年的普法工作中,普法的概念、历史发展以及现实效果三个方面的具体情况,力求详实地展现我国普法活动的现实状态和历史过程。第三部分我国普法现状与问题。在论述我国普法现状后,本章先从六个方面对我国普法过程中所产生的问题进行分析和梳理,进而从封建传统法律思想根深蒂固等五个方面剖析了我国普法存在问题的原因,并对相关问题进行了探讨。第四部分为完善我国普法的对策和建议。通过第三部分对我国普法存在问题的阐述和分析,提出完善我国普法工作的对策和建议,即普法形式的具体化、普法内容的精细化、普法途径的规范化,并进行了深入分析。
[Abstract]:Administering the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law is the policy of our country. Since 1985, our country has started a nationwide publicity and education campaign to popularize the law. After more than 30 years of publicity and development, legal popularization activities have enhanced the national legal awareness. The promotion of citizens' legal concept and the promotion of social harmony have played an important role, but at the same time, there are many problems and difficulties in the process of popularizing the law in our country, which have greatly affected the practical effect of the legal popularization activities. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of the law popularization problem in China, combs and briefly analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the research methods and research contents of this subject. The second part is an overview of law popularization. By using the method of historical analysis, this paper expounds and analyzes in detail the concrete situation of the concept, historical development and practical effect of popularizing law in the past thirty years in our country. The author tries to show the realistic state and historical process of our country's legal popularization activities in detail. The third part is the current situation and problems of law popularization in China. After discussing the current situation of popularizing law in our country, this chapter first analyzes and combs the problems in the process of popularizing law in China from six aspects, and then analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the popularization of law in our country from five aspects, such as the deep-rooted feudal traditional legal thought and so on. The related problems are discussed. The fourth part is to perfect our country popularizes the law countermeasure and the suggestion. In the third part, the author expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the popularization of law in our country, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the work of popularizing law in our country, that is, the concrete form of law popularization, the refinement of the content of law popularization, the standardization of the way of popularizing law, and carries on the thorough analysis.
