当代中国处理立法与改革关系的策略

【摘要】：近三十年来,我国为了妥善处理立法与改革之间的关系,在不同时期,分别采取了不同的策略。首先,立法能够推动政治体制改革的不断进步,而政治体制改革的进步,又进一步形成了经验主义和工具主义的立法思想,立法与改革之间相互促进,相互发展,在经过不断发展的过程中,最终取得了巨大的成功。现今,面对当前更加复杂的形势,我们更应该认真总结历史的经验教训,通过采取与时代发展相适应的策略,正确处理两者之间的关系,从而促进社会的全面进步与发展。
[Abstract]:In recent 30 years, in order to deal with the relationship between legislation and reform, China has adopted different strategies in different periods. First of all, legislation can promote the continuous progress of the reform of the political system, and the progress of the reform of the political system has further formed the legislative ideas of empiricism and instrumentalism, which promote and develop each other between legislation and reform. In the course of continuous development, great success was finally achieved. Nowadays, in the face of the more complicated situation, we should sum up the experience and lessons of history seriously, and correctly handle the relationship between the two by adopting the strategy adapted to the development of the times, so as to promote the overall progress and development of the society.
