关于推动社会主义核心价值观入法入规的思考

【摘要】：中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步把社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设的指导意见》,提出社会主义核心价值观是社会主义法治建设的灵魂,把社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设,其中一个重要途径就是推动社会主义核心价值观入法入规。入法入规是以法治方式践行社会主义核心价值观的重要手段。社会主义核心价值观是我国立法的价值引领和目标追求,是衡量立法良善的标准;社会主义核心价值观融入立法的路径就是运用"立、改、废、释"并举的方式,将社会主义核心价值观融入我国现行法律制度体系。
[Abstract]:The General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the guiding opinion on the further Integration of the Socialist Core values into the Construction of the Rule of Law, proposing that the socialist core values are the soul of the socialist construction of the rule of law. One of the important ways to integrate socialist core values into the construction of rule of law is to promote the incorporation of socialist core values into laws and regulations. Entering laws and regulations is an important means to practice socialist core values in the way of rule of law. Socialist core values are the value guidance and goal pursuit of legislation in our country, and are the standard to measure the good of legislation. The way to integrate socialist core values into legislation is to use the way of "establishing, reforming, scrapping and interpreting". Integrate the socialist core values into the current legal system of our country.
