法治中国八大特征——我看十八届四中全会《决定》

【摘要】：十八届四中全会《决定》的基本要求和标志可以概括为以下八条:人大民主科学立法,执政党依法依宪执政,政府依法行政,社会依法治理,法院独立公正司法,法律监督体系完善,法律服务机制健全,法治文化繁荣昌盛。这次会议是建设法治中国的一个里程碑,把党的十八大提出的"依法治国基本方略全面落实,法治政府基本建成,司法公信力不断提高,人权得到切实尊重和保障"的要求进一步落到实处。
[Abstract]:The basic requirements and symbols of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee can be summarized as follows: Democratic scientific legislation of the people's Congress, ruling party ruling in accordance with the constitution, government administration according to law, social administration according to law, and independent and impartial administration of justice by the courts. The legal supervision system is perfect, the legal service mechanism is sound, and the culture of rule of law is prosperous. This conference is a milestone in building China under the rule of law. It has fully implemented the basic strategy of governing the country according to law put forward by the 18th National Congress of the Party, the government ruled by law has basically been built, and the credibility of the judiciary has been continuously improved. The demand for effective respect and protection of human rights is further fulfilled.
