新时期我国农民工法制教育析论

【摘要】：新时期农民工的法制教育为我国成人教育发展提供了新路径和新天地。但是当前农民工法制教育处于职业培训教育的边缘化地位,很多方面才刚刚起步,需要努力的地方很多,在价值取向、教育资源领域、运行机制、发展的后劲动力和吸引力等方面存在诸多问题,有待及时科学解决。针对这些问题,我们只有以《国家中长期教育发展与改革规划纲要》对成人教育和职业教育的要求为准绳,从建构和整合价值取向、建设教育资源、推进跨界协作和增强发展吸引力等方面努力,方能推动我国新时期农民工法制教育的可持续发展,从而为维护农民工权益、提升其法制素质和改变其弱势地位做出一定的贡献。
[Abstract]:The legal education of migrant workers in the new period provides a new path and a new world for the development of adult education in China. However, at present, the legal education of migrant workers is in the marginalized position of vocational training education. Many aspects have just started. There are many areas that need to work hard. In the field of value orientation, educational resources, and operational mechanism, There are many problems in the motive force and attraction of development, which need to be solved scientifically in time. In view of these problems, we should take the requirements of adult education and vocational education as the yardstick of the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Development and Reform Plan, and build educational resources from the perspective of constructing and integrating the value orientation. Only by promoting cross-border cooperation and enhancing the attraction of development can we promote the sustainable development of the legal education of migrant workers in the new period, thus contributing to the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers, the improvement of their legal quality and the change of their weak position.
