【摘要】：正时隔30年,重提此案,作为传媒人,各位涉案人又是笔者所尊敬的前辈,仍然免不了心头沉重。但是在中国传媒法制史甚至传媒史上,本案是一个绕不过去的坎。这是1949年以后中国记者第一次因为自己采写的报道走上法庭,而且不是现在常见的民事侵权纠纷,而是刑事被告,两位资深记者被判犯有诽谤罪,处以刑罚。真假"疯女"之争此案缘起《二十年"疯女"之谜》。此文发表于上海《民主与法制》月刊1983年第1期"道德法庭"专栏,署名"本
[Abstract]:After 30 years, the case was brought up again. As a media person, the people involved in the case are my respected predecessors and still have a heavy heart. But in the history of Chinese media law and even media history, this case is an insurmountable hurdle. This is the first time since 1949 that a Chinese journalist has taken to court for his own reports, and instead of a common civil tort dispute now, two senior journalists have been found guilty of libel and sentenced to punishment. The dispute over the real and false "crazy women" originated from < 20 years' Mystery of the Crazy Women.
