【摘要】：正案情简介段某自2010年12月在某区城西国土房管所工作,任副主任科员,主要负责违法占地的巡查和办理农房产权证。2011年3月至2012年3月期间,段某利用职务上的便利,多次非法收受他人财物共计16.8万元,在明知相关违法建房户没有缴纳罚款、手续不齐全的情况下,超越职权违规为12人办理房屋产权证书,其行为严重影响政府机关正常的办理房屋产权的工作秩序,部分民众已对
[Abstract]:Duan Mou has been working in the land and house management office in the west city of a certain district since December 2010. He is the deputy director of the section, mainly responsible for the inspection of illegal occupation of land and the processing of farm house property certificates. Between March 2011 and March 2012, Duan Mou took advantage of the convenience of his position. For many times, illegally accepting property from others amounted to 168000 yuan. In the case of knowing that the relevant illegal building tenants had not paid a fine and the formalities were not complete, they went beyond their authority and violated the authority to handle the building title certificate for 12 people.
