少数民族环境习惯法研究综评——基于近十年来期刊文献的观察与思考

【摘要】：随着社会主义生态文明建设的不断深入,人们逐渐对少数民族环境习惯法的价值达成共识。通过对相关文献的整理分析,从少数民族环境权的研究与保护、少数民族环境习惯法的表达形式、文化价值以及现实适用等角度进行分类阐释,归纳少数民族环境习惯法研究取得的成就与不足,为今后少数民族环境习惯法研究提供一种方向性参考与便捷性帮助。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the construction of socialist ecological civilization, people have come to a consensus on the value of customary environmental law of ethnic minorities. This paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research on the environmental customary law of ethnic minorities, and provides a directional reference and convenient help for the future research on the environmental customary law of ethnic minorities.
