【摘要】：正8月29日,由美国联邦航空管理局(FAA)发布的管理小型无人飞行器(UAS)即无人机使用的新法规生效。其中一些新变化,让记者在日常生活中更容易将无人机拍摄镜头纳入到自己的工作中。但是,你能够使用无人机并不意味着你应该使用无人机。《哥伦比亚新闻学评论》采访了无人机新闻实验室创始人马特·怀特、密苏里州无人机新闻项目的比尔·阿伦和里克·肖,请他们回答了有关无人机技术的一些基本问题。
[Abstract]:On Aug. 29, new rules governing the use of small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS), or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), were issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Some of these changes make it easier for journalists to incorporate drone shots into their daily lives. But the fact that you can use drones doesn't mean you should use them. Columbia Review of Journalism interviewed Matt White, founder of the UAV News Lab. Bill Allen and Rick Shaw of the Missouri drone news program asked them to answer some basic questions about drone technology.
