国法与习俗之间——清代黎平府开泰县一座石桥的官司始末

【摘要】：在贵州省锦屏县石引村刘光彬家藏文书中,有较多清代司法档案。其中关于一座桥的建桥与毁桥的诉讼卷宗比较有代表性。查阅这些文书,发现架桥和毁桥都与当地信仰习俗有关,而地方政府的判决更注重交通设施的维护,而不受民间信仰和风俗习惯的影响。
[Abstract]:In the Tibetan books of Liu Guangbin, Shiyin Village, Jinping County, Guizhou Province, there are more judicial archives in Qing Dynasty. One of the bridge on the bridge and bridge destruction of the lawsuit file is more representative. Looking at these documents, it is found that both the bridge building and the bridge destruction are related to local religious practices, and that local government decisions are more concerned with the maintenance of transport facilities and are not influenced by folk beliefs and customs.
