依法治国的时代价值论析

【摘要】：依法治国,就是以宪法和法律作为党领导人民治理国家的根本方式,其核心是依宪治国。它是法治的本质特征,更是社会主义法治的核心内容,也是中国共产党领导中国人民治理国家的基本方略,中国共产党十八届四中全会聚焦依法治国,又赋予其新的使命和内涵,体现了依法治国在中国共产党的领导下,实现中华民族的伟大复兴,建设社会主义法治国家,实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要性和时代价值。
[Abstract]:Ruling the country according to law is the fundamental way for the Party to lead the people to run the country, the core of which is to run the country according to the constitution. It is the essential feature of the rule of law, the core content of the socialist rule of law, and the basic strategy for the Communist Party of China to lead the Chinese people in running the country. The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee focused on governing the country according to law. It has also given it a new mission and connotation, which embodies the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of a socialist country ruled by law under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. The importance and time value of realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.
