湖北多家网站涉嫌侵犯《知音漫客》杂志著作权系列案

【摘要】：正2014年8月底,湖北省公安厅网安总队根据湖北知音传媒集团的报案线索,对多家网站涉嫌未经许可通过信息网络传播该集团旗下杂志《知音漫客》案进行调查。湖北省公安部门确定了1 2个重点网站,并组织黄石、襄阳、荆门、鄂州等地公安机关开展会战,目前,鄂州、黄石已查处了3个涉嫌侵权网站,抓获5名犯罪嫌疑人。经查,涉案侵权网站为提高网站访问量并赚取广告费,未经权利人湖北知音传媒集团许可,通过信息网络传播《知音漫客》杂志,涉案金额达1300余万元。目前,案件正在进一步查办中。
[Abstract]:At the end of August 2014, the Hubei Provincial Public Security Bureau's network security team investigated a number of websites suspected of disseminating the group's magazine, "confidant Man", without permission, according to a report from Hubei confidant Media Group. The public security department of Hubei Province has determined 12 key websites and organized the public security organs of Huangshi, Xiangyang, Jingmen, and Ezhou to carry out a fight. At present, Ezhou and Huangshi have investigated and dealt with 3 suspected infringement websites and arrested five criminal suspects. After investigation, in order to increase the number of site visits and earn advertising fees, the site involved in the infringement, without the permission of Hubei confidant Media Group, disseminated the magazine "confidant Man" through the information network, involving a sum of more than 1300 million yuan. At present, the case is under further investigation and prosecution.
