贵州仡佬族生态习惯法的存在形式和基本内容

【摘要】：仡佬族传统生态习惯法以仡佬族传统文化为基础,以口诵、碑刻、文书等形式传承下来,内容涉及植物资源、动物资源和水资源等方面,作为对仡佬族日常生产和生活产生持续影响的传统生态维护规则,是祖先留传下来的仡佬族地方生态环境法治重要的本土资源。
[Abstract]:The traditional ecological customary law of the Gelao people is based on the traditional culture of the Gelao people and is passed down in the form of oral recitation, inscriptions on steles, and documents. The contents of the law relate to plant resources, animal resources and water resources. As a traditional ecological maintenance rule which has a lasting impact on the daily production and life of the Gelao people, it is an important local resource of the local ecological environment rule of law of the Gelao nationality left behind by the ancestors.
