清末——中国近代传播法制的开端

【摘要】：清末开启了中国新闻法制走向近代化的先河其标志性事件是颁布了中国历史上第一部《钦定宪法大纲》、《大清印刷物专律》、《大清报律》、《大清著作权律》等,在宪法性文件中第一次规定了言论著作出版等表现自由。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, the first landmark event of the modernization of China's news legal system was the promulgation of the first "Imperial Constitution outline", the "Qing print Law", the "Qing newspaper Law", the "Qing copyright Law", and so on. For the first time in a constitutional document, freedom of expression, such as the publication of works of speech, is stipulated.
