论大选后安倍的修宪政治及影响

【摘要】：日本首相安倍晋三在《日本国宪法》实施70周年之际宣称,将在2020年东京举办奥运会之年实行新宪法。安倍为长期执政,最终实现修宪政治目标,决定于2017年10月提前举行众议院选举并获胜。围绕修宪问题,日本各种政治势力将继续较量,总体形势对安倍更为有利。安倍意在通过修宪或制定新宪法,最终在历史问题、天皇地位、自卫队运用、靖国神社、国旗国歌、国内统治等问题上,彻底瓦解体现日本战后和平进步势力所有主张的国内法基础,为根本改变战后体制、全面推行右倾化大国路线确立国家根本大法。尽管日本修宪未必会马上导致军国主义复活,但修宪后的日本国家战略走向及其对亚洲安全带来的影响,值得密切关注。
[Abstract]:Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced on the 70th anniversary of Japan's constitution that a new constitution would be introduced in 2020 when Tokyo hosts the Olympic Games. Abe, who ruled for a long time and finally achieved his constitutional political goals, decided to hold early House elections in October 2017 and win. Japan's political forces will continue to fight over constitutional amendments, and the overall situation will be more favourable to Abe. Abe intends to amend the constitution or draft a new constitution, eventually on issues such as history, the status of the emperor, the use of the Self-Defense Forces, the Yasukuni Shrine, the national flag anthem, domestic rule, and so on. Completely disintegrating the domestic legal basis of all the postwar peace and progressive forces in Japan and establishing the fundamental law of the country for the fundamental change of the postwar system and the overall implementation of the right-leaning great power line. Although Japan's constitutional amendment may not immediately lead to a revival of militarism, the trend of Japan's national strategy after the amendment and its impact on Asian security deserve close attention.
