略论法治在深化国防和军队改革中的地位与作用

【摘要】：正中央军委改革工作会议的召开,标志着我军具有里程碑意义的整体性革命性改革全面展开。围绕党的十八届三中全会《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》、十八届四中全会《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》《中央军委关于新形势下深入推进依法治军从严治军的决定》这三个文件,和中央军委改革工作会议的基本精神,本文从以下三个方面对深化国防和军队改革进行法治解读。
