【摘要】：正自党的十八大以来,特别是十八届三中全会以来,法治中国成为全面深化改革的重要内容。改革与法治的紧张关系再次成为重要的课题。回顾1978年改革开放以来中国改革与法治的关系,可以归结为通过改革迈向法治中国。在这个过程中,经历了三个阶段,改革开放之初,改革开放在法制不健全的背景下破土而出,改革开放成为法治的先导;随着建设社会主义法治国家目标的提出,改革开始步人法治的轨道,改革促成了社会主义法律体系的建设;全面深化改革的时代命题,改革倒逼法治。中国改革开放的经验表明,中国国家治理的现代化正在经历着通过改革迈向法治中国之路。在这个意义上讲,中国模
[Abstract]:Since the 18th Party Congress, especially since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the rule of law in China has become an important part of comprehensive deepening reform. The tense relationship between reform and the rule of law has once again become an important subject. Reviewing the relationship between China's reform and rule by law since the reform and opening up in 1978, it can be summed up as moving towards the rule of law in China through reform.
