从总目标看“法治中国”的鲜明特色

【摘要】：党中央首次系统提出了全面推进依法治国总目标,这是实现法治中国的总要求;中国特色社会主义法治体系,这是实现法治中国的制度基础和法治体系;中国特色社会主义法治理论,这是实现法治中国的理论基础和框架;中国特色社会主义法治道路,这是实现法治中国的基本道路和基本途径。
[Abstract]:For the first time, the CPC Central Committee has put forward the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, which is the general requirement of realizing the rule of law in China, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, which is the institutional basis and system of rule of law for realizing the rule of law in China. The theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the theoretical basis and framework of realizing the rule of law in China, and the road of ruling by law with Chinese characteristics is the basic road and basic way to realize the rule of law in China.
