以法制精神培养未来公民——美国中小学法律教育的目标、内容与方法

【摘要】：法律教育在美国由来已久,20世纪70年代法律教育就成为美国中小学社会课程的重要组成部分,1978年美国出台了《法律教育法案》,敦促学校培养学生的法制精神。经过多年的实践,美国法律教育的目标、内容和方法逐渐确立,其基本目标是培养未来公民的法律信仰与行动;其基本内容则是将法律精神与日常法律问题相结合;其基本教育方式则是创设情境与营造氛围相统一。这对我国的法制教育、道德教育等领域都将有所启示。
[Abstract]:Legal education has a long history in the United States. In the 1970s, legal education has become an important part of the social curriculum in primary and secondary schools in the United States. In 1978, the United States issued the Law Education Act, urging schools to cultivate students' legal spirit. After many years of practice, the objectives, contents and methods of American legal education have been gradually established, the basic goal of which is to cultivate the future citizens' legal beliefs and actions, the basic content of which is to combine the legal spirit with the daily legal issues, and its basic content is to combine the legal spirit with the daily legal issues. Its basic way of education is to create a situation and create an atmosphere unified. This will enlighten China's legal education, moral education and other fields.
