国家治理视域下习近平全面依法治国思想论析

【摘要】：实施全面依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是在总结国家治理经验基础上做出的历史性选择,是实现国家治理现代化的必然要求。习近平全面依法治国思想科学回答了什么是中国特色社会主义法治,怎样全面建设中国特色社会主义法治这一重大理论和实践问题。规划了怎样推进国家治理现代化和国家治理法治化的宏伟蓝图。体现了全面依法治国与实现国家治理现代化的内在契合。凸显了现代国家治理的核心要义是全面依法治国,即坚持依规治党,建设法治政党,实现政党治理法治化;实施依法行政,构建法治政府,确保政府治理规范化;推动全民守法,营造法治社会,促进社会治理有序化。
[Abstract]:Implementing all-round rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law is a historic choice made on the basis of summing up the experience of national governance, and it is an inevitable requirement to realize the modernization of national governance. Xi Jinping's thought of ruling the country by law in an all-round way has scientifically answered the important theoretical and practical questions of what is the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics and how to build it in an all-round way. It plans the grand blueprint of how to promote the modernization of national governance and the rule of law of national governance. Reflects the all-round rule of law and the realization of the modernization of national governance inherent coincidence. It highlights that the core of modern national governance is to govern the country according to the rule of law in an all-round way, that is to say, to adhere to the rule of law, to build political parties ruled by law, to carry out administration by law, to construct a government ruled by law, and to ensure the standardization of government governance. We will promote law-abiding by the whole people, build a society ruled by law, and promote social governance in an orderly manner.
