管理研究二重困境的前提批判及其出路探析——再议“中国情境”的价值

【摘要】:当前管理研究存在一种二重困境:重大理论创新的步伐放缓,理论与实践间沟深壑宽。基于批判哲学观,通过对管理研究的思维起点、逻辑过程、研究目的等3个研究前提的批判性分析,推导出此二重困境必然存在。进而,突破这3个研究前提成为破解此困境的一种选择。在理论合理性上,该做法完全统一于康德的认识论:借助人的知性发展管理理论、依赖人的感性指导管理实践、利用人的理性范导管理理论的未来发展以消弭此困境。故此,凸显中国情境在管理研究前提中的意义是突破此二重困境的合理选择,具有认识论与方法论价值。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a double dilemma in management research: the pace of major theoretical innovation slows down, and the gully between theory and practice is wide. Based on the critical philosophy, through the critical analysis of the thinking starting point, logical process and research purpose of management research, this paper deduces that this dual dilemma must exist. Furthermore, breaking through these three research prerequisites has become a choice to solve this dilemma. In terms of theoretical rationality, this approach is completely unified with Kant's epistemology: the intellectual development management theory of borrowers, relying on the perceptual guidance management practice of human beings, and using the rational model of human beings to guide the future development of management theory in order to eliminate this dilemma. Therefore, highlighting the significance of Chinese situation in the premise of management research is a reasonable choice to break through this dual dilemma, which is of epistemological and methodological value.
