柏拉图与亚里士多德法律思想之比较分析——西方法律思想史

【摘要】：柏拉图与他的学生亚里士多德是古希腊法律思想史上的两位巨人,直至近日他们法律思想依然在被人们研究和引用,影响深远。本文中笔者将从两位思想巨人的"正义观"和对"人治与法治的不同观点"浅析两者法律思想的异同。
[Abstract]:Plato and his student Aristotle are two giants in the history of ancient Greek legal thought. Up to recently, their legal thought is still being studied and quoted by people, and has a profound influence. In this paper, the author will analyze the similarities and differences of the two legal thoughts from the "view of justice" of the two thought giants and the different viewpoints on "the rule of man and the rule of law".
