【摘要】：正法律号:35/2009/QH12根据1992年《越南社会主义共和国宪法》(已按照第51/2001/QH10号决议修改和补充部分条款)。国会颁布《国家赔偿责任法》。①第一章总则第1条调整范围本法规定了对于受到公务执行人在行政管理、诉讼、执行活动中所造成损害的个人、组织的国家赔偿责任;处理损害赔偿的程序;受到损害的个人、组织的权利和义务;赔偿经费以及造成损害的公
[Abstract]:Positive Law No. 35/2009/QH12 in accordance with the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (amended and supplemented by resolution 51 / 2001/QH10). The National Congress promulgates the State liability Law .1 the scope of adjustment of Chapter I General provisions Article 1 this Law provides for the State liability of the organization for the damage caused by the official executor in the administration, litigation and enforcement activities; the procedure for dealing with damages; the rights and obligations of the injured individual, the organization; the compensation funds and the public responsibility for the damage caused by the official executor; the procedure for dealing with damages; the rights and obligations of the injured individuals, the organization; the compensation funds; and the public liability of the public who caused the damage.
