国际商事仲裁公约的词汇特征分析

　　 文章的研究对象是国际商事仲裁公约,这一法规在解决国际贸易争议中的作用是非常显著的,因为它保证了各国在重要贸易中的国际承认和执行裁决的高度统一性。 作为法律语言的一部分,国际商事仲裁公约的语言特点具有高度的正式性,精确性,严谨性。作为一种特殊的语体,它有着自身的语言特征和形式。因此,对它的分析和研究具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。本文对原版仲裁公约语料进行了较细致的分析,总结出了国际商事仲裁公约词汇的一些基本特征。 文章收集了十七篇原版的国际仲裁公约,并根据时间跨度抽取其中的三篇作为样本进行分析研究。文中首先介绍了国内外研究现状以及理论背景知识,然后考察了样本中词汇的词频,比例及其整体特点,继而针对名词化,词汇衔接,特色词汇等三部分分别进行了深入的研究并总结出了显著的词汇特点。 通过对于国际商事仲裁法词汇的研究,可以使从事国际商事活动的人员更好地理解法律法规文本的特点,尤其通过对法律原文中词汇特点的深入分析,可以避免由于英译中的语言语境差异而导致的对法规理解的误差,并且对法律研究人员和翻译人员也有一定的帮助。
