【摘要】：公安派出所消防监督执法系统是一套基于.NET平台的网络办公软件,根据公安派出所消防部门日常工作的流程进行优化设计,依托公安专网,消防部门和基层派出所可以互联互通,实现消防监督法律文书的网上传输和办公,解决过去文书制发时间长、时效差、往返次数多等不利因素,可以有效提高消防监督的执法质量和效果,切实增强消防监督工作的科技含量,提高工作效率,尤其对于辖区地理环境恶劣的的消防部队,其应用价值更为重要。公安派出所消防监督管理系统使得大量消防日常工作实现了信息化管理,如：案件办理、火宅事故调查、消防行政处罚等；其次,实现消防基础信息和执法信息一体化和共享信息：再次,通过对流程的审批和严格把关,实现执法程序规范和统一化。本文首先介绍了公安派出所消防管理工作的背景、研究现状及项目意义。其次,以消防法律法规为根本,结合实际工作情况,分析了公安派出所消防监督管理系统的系统架构、功能模块。第三,对系统业务流程和界面进行了设计,详述了若干关键技术问题的解决方案。最后是对本文工作的总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Police station fire supervision and law enforcement system is a set of network office software based on. Net platform, according to the process of daily work of fire department of police station to optimize design, relying on the special network of public security. Fire control departments and grass-roots police stations can be interconnected to achieve the online transmission and office of legal documents of fire control supervision, to solve the problems of long time, time difference and many times of commuting in the past. It can effectively improve the quality and effect of fire control supervision, enhance the scientific and technological content of fire control supervision work, and improve the working efficiency, especially for the fire fighting troops with poor geographical environment. Its application value is more important. The fire control supervision and management system of police station makes a large number of daily fire control work achieve information management, such as: case handling, fire house accident investigation, fire administrative punishment and so on; Secondly, to achieve the integration of basic fire information and law enforcement information and share information: again, through the process of examination and approval and strict control. This paper first introduces the background, research status and project significance of fire management in police stations. Secondly, it takes fire protection laws and regulations as the basis, combined with the actual working conditions. Analyzed the police station fire supervision and management system system architecture, functional modules. Third, the system business process and interface design. The solutions of some key technical problems are described in detail. Finally, the work of this paper is summarized and prospected.
