基于犯罪学视角的旅游目的地安全形象营销研究

【摘要】: 随着旅游业的迅速发展,旅游安全问题日益突显。对旅游目的地来说,树立起独特、鲜明的形象尤其是旅游目的地安全形象是促进本地旅游发展的关键。 有关旅游、犯罪及旅游犯罪的研究主要集中在对旅游与犯罪的关系、犯罪对旅游安全的影响上;对旅游安全的研究多集中在旅游者安全、旅游生产安全或具体景点景区安全管理方面,对旅游资源安全、旅游行业秩序安全重视不够;有关旅游目的地形象的研究集中在旅游目的地形象的概念、组成因素、测评、作用等方面,少见对旅游目的地形象的分类特点进行专门阐述,对旅游目的地形象的作用也只限于综合性视角的探讨。 全面认识旅游安全的内涵是深入展开旅游目的地旅游安全、旅游目的地安全形象及其营销研究的前提。对旅游安全的界定应结合旅游的本质属性和社会特点进行。旅游活动作为一种较高层次的休闲形式和一种社会活动,同时还会受到社会环境的约束,它的健康发展也受社会矛盾的制约。基于旅游与社会之间的矛盾的分析,引入犯罪学视角探讨旅游安全是有关旅游主体、客体、媒介安全的问题。 以旅游目的地为依托,从旅游目的地安全的构成入手,结合旅游目的地形象分析,初步引入旅游目的地安全形象问题。 构建旅游目的地安全形象评估指标体系,运用实证方法选取部分旅游发展达到一定规模的城市,对其旅游安全形象水平进行评估,进一步验证、阐述旅游目的地安全形象的内涵。 结合旅游目的地安全形象的内涵,围绕塑造、传播旅游安全形象展开旅游目的地安全形象的营销研究。对旅游安全形象受损的目的地来说,应全面分析安全形象受到影响的范围及程度,采取适当的营销策略修复旅游安全形象。 南非旅游业发达,但在旅游安全形象上缺乏广泛认同。在对其旅游安全形象所受到的挑战进行分析后探讨了旅游目的地修复旅游安全形象的营销策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, the problem of tourism security is becoming more and more prominent. For tourism destination, it is the key to promote the development of local tourism to set up a unique and distinct image, especially the image of tourism destination security. The research on tourism, crime and tourism crime mainly focuses on the relationship between tourism and crime, and on the impact of crime on tourism security. In the aspect of safety management of tourism production or specific scenic spots, insufficient attention has been paid to the safety of tourism resources and the order of tourism industry. The research on the image of tourism destination is focused on the concept, constituent factors and evaluation of tourism destination image. The function of tourism destination image is rarely discussed, and the function of tourism destination image is only discussed from a comprehensive perspective. To fully understand the connotation of tourism security is to develop the tourism security of tourism destination. The definition of tourism security should be combined with the nature of tourism and social characteristics. Combined with the connotation of tourism destination security image, the marketing research of tourism destination safety image is carried out around shaping and propagating tourism safety image. The scope and extent of the impact on the security image should be comprehensively analyzed, and appropriate marketing strategies should be adopted to restore the tourism safety image. The tourism industry of South Africa is developed, but the tourism security image is not widely recognized. After analyzing the challenges to the tourism security image, the paper discusses the marketing strategy of the tourism destination to restore the tourism security image.
