万国禁烟会——百年后的历史复原与审视

【摘要】：正在游人穿梭的南京路,有几人曾经驻足,仔细打量过和平饭店南楼前矗立着的"万国禁烟会会址"的铜牌?又有几人了解"万国禁烟会"这一开启国际合作禁毒先声的历史事件?罂粟花曾美丽绽放,被人们当作观赏和药用植物而喜爱,然而随着近代社会的到来,被财富欲望挟持的西方列强打开了潘多拉魔盒,释放了蕴藏其中的毒魔。从此,毒魔附着在全球化的进程中四处蔓延,即使悲剧的肇事者也不能幸免。
