警察控制技能训练之探究

【摘要】：控制技能训练是警察有计划、有步骤施行的警务练兵活动,更是提高警察抓捕和制服犯罪嫌疑人专门技术能力的重要举措。这种具有针对性、职业性的专门技术是公安教育训练的重要组成部分,也是警察行使警察职务必备的警务技能之一。警察控制技能融合了武术踢、打、摔、拿的基本要素,突出了军事擒敌技术狠、准、快、活的特点,是警察限制住对方任意活动或越出肢体活动范围的有效手段。
[Abstract]:The training of control skills is a planned and step-by-step police training activity, and it is also an important measure to improve the specialized technical ability of the police to arrest and subdue the criminal suspects. This kind of specialized technique is an important part of police education and training, and is also one of the necessary policing skills for the police to perform police duties. The ability of police control combines the basic elements of martial arts kicking, beating, falling and taking, and highlights the characteristics of the military enemy's ruthless, accurate, fast and alive, which is an effective means for the police to restrict the other party's arbitrary activities or cross the range of physical activities.
