网络意识形态的特征及其安全建设初探

【摘要】：习近平同志指出,网络安全和信息化是一体之两翼、驱动之双轮。随着数字技术的兴起、发展和成熟,国际互联网犹如划破长空的闪电,仿佛在转瞬之间就犀利地打破了人类社会传统的时空观念。互联网信息技术的发展,网络意识形态的兴起,人类社会发展进入了崭新时代。本文重点对网络意识形态的形成与概念,网络意识形态的"十性"特征,网络意识形态安全建设等方面进行初步探析,以期对相关问题的补充和完善提供一点有价值的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping pointed out that network security and information is one of the two wings, driving the two wheels. With the rise, development and maturity of digital technology, the Internet is like lightning in the sky, as if in a flash of sharp break with the traditional concept of time and space of human society. With the development of Internet information technology and the rise of network ideology, human society has entered a new era. This paper focuses on the formation and concept of network ideology, the characteristics of network ideology, the security construction of network ideology and so on, in order to provide some valuable reference for the supplement and perfection of related problems.
