我国社会公共安全产业化及其实现条件

【摘要】：社会公共安全产业化的实质是要打破社会公共安全行业非产业化运行的传统模式,实现社会公共安全产业的专业化、规模化、市场化、标准化、集成化。推动社会公共安全的产业化是维护国家战略产业安全、实现社会安全安定等的需要。我国已经具备了社会公共安全产业化的一系列实现条件,因此,在我国实现社会公共安全的产业化具有一定的现实可能性。
[Abstract]:The essence of the industrialization of social public security is to break the traditional mode of non-industrial operation of the social public security industry and to realize the specialization, scale, marketization, standardization and integration of the social public safety industry. To promote the industrialization of social public security is the need to maintain the national strategic industrial security and realize social security and stability. China already has a series of conditions to realize the industrialization of social public security, so it has certain realistic possibility to realize the industrialization of social public security in our country.
