【摘要】：处于社会转型期的中国面临各种纷繁复杂的社会矛盾纠纷,如何有效化解这些矛盾纠纷,既是关系国家社会治理的问题,也是考验司法智慧的难题。我国应通过构建多元化的社会矛盾纠纷解决机制,厘清人民调解、仲裁等民间纠纷解决方式与诉讼方式之间的功能划分和作用方式,保护人民群众合法利益,维护社会安定和谐。
[Abstract]:In the period of social transformation, China is faced with a variety of complicated social contradictions and disputes. How to effectively resolve these contradictions and disputes is a problem related to the social governance of the country. It is also a difficult problem to test judicial wisdom. In our country, we should construct a pluralistic social conflict and dispute resolution mechanism, and clarify the functional division and function between civil dispute resolution and litigation, such as people's mediation and arbitration. Protect the legitimate interests of the masses and maintain social stability and harmony.
